Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to book an appointment with us. You can contact us directly to schedule your session.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling our clinic, using our online booking system on the website, or by emailing us. We’ll guide you through available times and answer any questions.
Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?
We do our best to accommodate urgent cases and same-day appointments when possible. Please contact us as early as you can, and we’ll do our best to find a suitable time for you.
What should I expect from my first appointment?
During your initial appointment, we’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment of your condition, reviewing your medical history and performing a physical examination. We’ll talk through your goals, establish a diagnosis, and design a personalised treatment plan just for you. You can also expect to receive treatment in your first session – we want you to leave feeling improved and optimistic!
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept many private medical insurance providers, including AXA, BUPA, WPA, and more. Please check with your provider beforehand and let us know when booking so we can assist you with the process.
