Our 1-1 sessions provide individualised and specific programmes, focussing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and control. If you want the full attention from Emily, our instructor, then 1-1 sessions are for you. Aiming to start classes but don’t feel confident? Our 1-1 sessions often provide the fundamentals and key principles to Reformer, in readiness to start classes with confidence.
